Can I create the content myself?
Yes, With the inbuilt integrated Canva, you can create your own content.
Do I need to buy a separate media player to run content on display via Bitsy Digital Signage?
No. There is no need to buy a separate media player for most common commercial displays like Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic to name a few.
Is there a list available of supported hardware?
Android media boxes (4.4 and above), Philips SOC displays (QLine and DLine), LG webOS signage monitors (webOS2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 4.2 and 6.0), Samsung Tizen, Windows media players and SOC displays would not need media players separately.
Do I need any special skills to use BitsySignage or install the BitsySignage Player?
No, BitsySignage is designed to be user-friendly, and the players are plug-and-play.
Can we schedule content on Bitsy Digital Signage?

What media formats are supported by BitsySignage CMS?

Can Bitsy Digital Signage play content on Active LED, Kiosks, LCD or any other size and orientation?
Yes, for any size and kind of display with the Layout feature, you can customize a set screen zone according to your display resolution and orientation
Do I always need an internet connection to run BitsySignage?
The Internet is only required when the content needs to be changed. When Offline, the existing content (images and videos) would be displayed. Downloading the new content requires an Internet connection. The existing schedules will also run as planned. An internet connection is required to play streams and web URLs on the screens.
Are my information and content secured?
SSL-based client-server communication is standard, as we have the highest level security certifications like VPAT and Type 2 Soc 2, ensuring secure data transmission.
I have more than one thousand displays. Is your CMS ideal for this scale?
It’s a wise choice, we have incorporated a lot of easy-to-use workflows for updating displays in bulk. Furthermore, features such as display tags, folder concept, multi-tag search, multi-user features, and more are available to cater to customers with large display networks.
